It comes from doing it in a way that doesn't quite match who you are.
I've spent 34 years helping women find that thread, the one that leads back to a way of creating that is fully, unmistakably theirs.
This is my story...
Before The Work, There Was a
Ballet School
Before the books. Before the certification programs and the worldwide community of women who found their elemental nature through this work...

There was the ballet school.
Five hundred students a year moved through those studios. For 15 years, I experienced how things actually come in form.
​
I didn't know it then, but running that school was my first real education in how creation works. Not the theory of it. The lived reality.
A dance piece doesn't come together through willpower. It comes together through timing, knowing when to begin and when to pause.
Magic was made through repetition that bypassed rigidity and, with practice, became refinement.
The students who shone the most were devoted; they didn't push through sheer discipline.
You can force a body through a movement. But you cannot force it to make the movement beautiful. That happens when the dancer stops fighting her own nature and starts moving from it.
I didn't know it then, but I was experiencing the same principle that would become the foundation of everything I teach now.

By the late 1990s, I'd been studying for years.
Shamanic practices. Astrology. Accelerated learning. Success coaching. The creative arts. Each one offered a piece of something I could feel but not yet fully see.
I knew these things were connected, but just couldn't yet see how.
One night, I asked to be shown.

The next morning, I picked up a napkin and a pen. I drew four circles: Earth, Water, Air, Fire, with Spirit flowing through the center.
And in that single moment, everything fit.
The knowing that was deep in my Spirit and remembered in my body came pouring out.

It was clear, I'd been working with the Elemental Forces of Creation.
That was 1999.
Everything I have lived, taught, and watched unfold in thousands of women's lives has grown from that one morning.

The Shift I've Watched Happen Again and Again
The women who find this work are already on a path.
They've been journeying, consciously, intentionally. Exploring modalities, gathering wisdom, building a spiritual toolbox with real devotion.
What I've watched happen again and again is this:
When a woman encounters her elemental nature, she discovers her own unique blueprint, already moving through her choices, her gifts, her moments of deepest alignment, even when she couldn't yet name it or describe it.
This work isn't meant to be learned. It's something to embody. A reharmonization of something that has always been within.
And when it's understood, it validates who you are — at the most fundamental level.
Earth. Air. Fire. Water. Spirit. The natural wisdom that reflects within you.

What began on that morning in 1999 wasn't mine to keep.
I started sharing the work — in presentations, in workshops, eventually in books. Four books. An oracle deck. Each one a different door into the same living truth.
What has grown over the years is not a methodology. It is a movement of women returning to themselves.
Today there is a worldwide community of Soul Guides and Creation Coaches — women who didn't just find themselves through this work, but felt called to carry it forward.
Over three decades. Thousands of women. And the work continues to deepen.
